Sandeep Nanwal, the founder of crypto startup Polygon, tweeted and thanked Buterin for his help.  Nanwal said that the donated cryptocurrency will first go to the UAE-based entity - Crypto Relief India.  This unit will convert this donation from an international cryptocurrency exchange and deposit that fund in the bank.  From where that money will come to India through an NGO approved by the Foreign Contributor Regulation Act.
